William Frank Redshaw, MBA, BSc

William started in the gaming industry in 1980 with Aristocrat International Sales and then as General Manager of European sales for Aristocrat based in the UK, moving onto VP of Sales at Aristocrat, USA until 1984.
In his over 30 years of experience in the gaming industry, William has conducted business in every continent and developed a worldwide network of gaming distributors, gaming operations, customer contacts and friends, including governmental agencies across the globe. William started IndoPacific Gaming in 1988. Prior to this William was VP of International Sales for gaming giant International Games Technology (IGT) for 4 years, based in Reno, Nevada, USA.
William as CEO is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company, management of key customer relationships and the negotiations of key contracts with suppliers and casinos. William’s hands on approach and his integrity and honesty are the cornerstone of Indo Pacific Gaming’s success over a long period in the Asia Pacific Region.
William is now based in Sydney, Australia and still travels extensively throughout the world keeping in touch with the growing customer base that IndoPacific Gaming has established over the years. William heads a team of internationally based executives and staff and has established several offices world-wide to increase and expand IndoPacific Gaming’s presence to the international level of service clients and customers expect from a world-wide distributor as well as heading up the Head Office team in Sydney.
William holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from the University of New South Wales.

Iain John Fairgrieve

Iain first joined IndoPacific Gaming in May 1993 to install and operate the first legal gambling operation in India. Iain secured several more contracts to run licensed gaming operations with a multiple large hotel groups whilst working in the continent of India, adding further experience to the company and increasing IndoPacific Gaming’s slot machine revenue share operation experience.
Prior to Iain joining IndoPacific Gaming, Iain worked for the gaming giant Sun International in South Africa. In 1998 Iain consulted to Access Gaming Systems as Sales Manager for the Asia Pacific region and spearheaded the first fully regulated Internet Gaming system for Access. In February 2000 Iain became the VP of Operations for IndoPacific Gaming International and was responsible for the establishment of their offices and staff internationally.
Iain heads the executives running the international offices on a daily basis ensuring continuity of the whole company. Iain continues to travel around the Asia keeping his Executives, staff and clients updated with the latest and best products available from gaming manufacturers worldwide.
Iain attends many gaming exhibitions as both an exhibitor and visitor during the year to keep abreast of the rapidly changing gaming technology. Iain’s vast experience in Casino set-up and management has led IndoPacific Gaming to become one of the most respected gaming suppliers and slot machine operators throughout the world.
Iain established IndoPacific Gaming’s first overseas office in Indonesia and oversaw the establishment of IndoPacific Gaming offices in Thailand and Singapore.

Loren Stout

Loren Stout joined IPGI on October 1st, 2017 and was most recently the CEO of Pixil Asia which joined forces with IPGI to continue a common vision; focus on providing the latest and greatest to casinos in SE Asia. From March 2012 to June 2015, Loren was NagaWorld’s first Director of Electronic gaming and helped with the company’s expansion from 900 machines to over 1800. During that specific time, gaming revenues in established markets in Asia declined while NagaWorld’s electronic gaming revenue continued to have double digit growth in every year during Loren’s tenure.
Loren will oversee all daily and long term operational and sales initiatives. We focus on providing our players and partners with world class gaming services and equipment.
Loren will be based in the heart of Indo China in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Only a short flight or drive away from any point in the most exciting gaming market in Asia, he will also be present at gaming shows throughout the region and does speak at conferences from time to time.
Loren holds a degree in International Business with a minor in Marketing from the University of Nevada.

Warren Kay

Warren Kay started his career in the gaming industry back in 1980 in his home town of Manchester in the UK. Seeking excitement and adventure, he headed off to South Africa where he worked for Sun International and built up his management career over 25 years and had multiple Casino experiences with the Sun International Group. After a five year sabbatical, he returned to the gaming industry with Tsogo Sun and was based in Durban.
In 2009, Warren seized the opportunity to work in Europe when he joined Regency Casino in Thessaloniki as Director of Table Games. The next move was across the mighty Pacific Ocean to the tiny island of Samoa.

Whilst working with IndoPacific Gaming at White Sands Casino as Casino Manager, he gained a real insight into the Pacific gaming market. Warren also kept a keen eye on the slots gaming market in the Asia Pacific region, gaining much insight into Asian slot gaming trends. He has carried this experience over to Cambodia where he continues the build-up IndoPacific Gaming operations into efficient and successful venues.
After Samoa, Warren was invited to join the IPG Cambodia team in November 2016 as Slots & Gaming Operations Manager. He is now based in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. Warren is in charge of the Slot operations in Sihanoukville, Poipet, Phnom Penh and also the border areas.

With Warren’s experience in both Live table gaming and Slot operations he is well positioned to oversee any new Gaming ventures and operations that IndoPacific Gaming undertakes in the Asia Pacific region.

Peter Orel

Peter was recently appointed as the Technical Director of Indo Pacific Gaming.

Peter is responsible for all technical support and service for the organization, he manages the support team and works closely with all our casino operations partners to ensure all our operations are maintained at the highest technical standards and operational efficiency. Peter is responsible to maintain the ongoing technical training program for all the support team to all the latest technical standards and product knowledge.

Peter started in casino business in 1999 with Gold Club, being involved in first roulette development and production and the first casino operations from Gold Club in Slovenia, Bosnia, Czech Republic.

Peter has extensive global experience, involved in sales support, service and customer support for Russian, Spanish, and South American markets for Gold Club.

Peter holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering.
